hexheads.co.uk offers a 30 day returns policy on all standard items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return to us by shipping it back or in person. Please include the order number, purchaser name, a contact email and the reason for the return.

The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom one off designs

- Special requests

Delivery

Standard UK delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class: Aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.

Standard USA delivery - Royal Mail International Standard: Aim to deliver within 4-6 working days.
